I am a social researcher who has been working in the industry for more than 14 years. One of my particular areas of specialty/interest is survey design; specific to the best way to structure surveys (wording, question order etc) and how to present those surveys to the public (visual design and respondent recruitment methodology) to maximise useful results and respondent satisfaction with the experience.

This blog is both for my own personal reference, as well as providing food for thought for those who work in the industry.
